Getting Started
Unbox your AI BLOX device, connect to it and get it running on your network.
To get up and running with your AI BLOX device, the guides in this section walk you through how to:
- connect to your BLOX over a serial prompt
- retrieve the IP address
- connect to your BLOX with SSH or a VNC client
- configure a camera (IP, USB or CSI), depending on your BLOX configuration
The instructions are written for both Ubuntu and Windows.
What is included in the box?
- an AI BLOX device with a pre-mounted communication module (green) and interface module (red) of your preference
- BLOX power supply
- AI BLOX programmer
The BLOX eMMC and SD card are already flashed with Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS and JetPack 4.6.1. The SD card is already placed in its holder inside the device.
What else do you need?
- an Ethernet cable
- a LAN network connection with DHCP
- a network-connected computer, preferably running Ubuntu — Windows works too
- a power cable
